*Any orders to mainland u.k over £150.00 will be delivered free of charge, and delivered by courier* Any orders to mainland u.k £49.99 - £149.99 will be delivered at a charge of £4.00 and should recieve parcel within 24 hrs of leaving our premises by courier * Any orders delivered to u.k mainland under £49.99 will be delivered for a charge of £4.00 and should recieve by courier in 3-4 working day or by reorded/special Royal Mail delivery*Any international/overseas orders you will have to ring for price and service to any country around the globe prices can slightly differ depending which service your goods are sent on.Overseas/offshore isles delivery charges vary in price depending where the item is going.*In some cases depending on where the parcel is going border surcharges may be added.*Vat is charged on all international deliveries , and fuel surcharges will be added upto 1 month after the item is sent.*No need to worry about postal strikes as purchased goods from Greg Nicholson Golf are delivered by DPD couriers*Countries of Switzerland,Croatia,Bosnia - Herzegovina,Montenegro, & Serbia all have an import duty which is included in our shipping charges for online purchases

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.as customers can appreciate around xmas / Bank Holidays delivery times can vary depending the product you purchased in a certain specification as the order has been placed no cancellation of orders can take place as it is deemed as a special orderalso certain items in the website might be clearance item where suitable exchanges are made if the original product can no longer be sourced but we work with the customer on this

Returns Policy
Goods that are on our 20 day trial have to be returned in the same condition as sold or a full credit or alternative may be in some doubt and discussions will have to take place . If however the goods are returned in same condition as sold a full credit note or suitable alternative will be given.In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Greg Nicholson golf.co.uk, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.Return ExclusionsThe following goods may not be returned for refund or exchange.Packs of socks that have been splitPacks of gloves that have been splitAny socks, underwear or baselayers that have been wornAny device where the Warranty has been registered or additional software has been downloaded.Blister packs that have been opened.Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.We offer a fully tracked collection service where we will organise the collection of you order from a place and day of your choosing, this service is available Monday to Friday, 0930-1800. This service is currently available in the UK only and will cost £7.99. If you wish to use this service please contact Customer Services on 0161 748 2912 who will advise. Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details and complete the reverse of the form to indicate the action you wish to be taken with your return.Where any goods are faulty or misdecribed a full refund of all monies will be paid , provided you reject the goods in a reasonable time. For non - faulty goods returned under the 7 day cancellation under DSR you will be liable for the return costs.
