Here at Greg Nicholson we comply to DSR rules and regulations. Refunds will be made at our discretion, if goods are returned in their original state within 7 days.
Any shortfall of goods received must be registered with us strictly within 10 days.
Prices will fluctuate, therefore once a purchase has been made, no discussions will be entered into regarding price, should it be reduced at any time. This also applies to special order and back orders. Please note: web price promotions may differ to in store prices.

Goods that are taken on our 20 day trial must be returned in the same condition as sold or a full credit or alternative may be in doubt and discussions will have to take place . If however the goods are returned in same condition as sold a full credit note or suitable alternative will be given.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Greg Nicholson golf.co.uk, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and labels intact within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please Note: Any goods returned must be sent by recorded mail and fully insured.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where goods have been sent in error.
Please include your order number and full details and indicate the action you wish to be taken with your return.
Where any goods are faulty or not as described a full refund of all monies will be paid , provided you reject the goods in a reasonable time. For non - faulty goods returned under the 7 day cancellation as per the DSR you will be liable for return costs. We reserve the right to deduct original delivery costs from refunded monies, should the return be due to the customer changing their mind. If the item is deemed faulty by the consumer, we reserve the right to have it independently tested and inspected by the manufacturer.
Should an item be returned, the original packaging should be used, however if this is not possible suitable packaging must be used.
Please note all warranty claims must be received in writing. The warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. Warranty cover excludes consumables, tyres,general wear and tear and evidence of mis-use
Powakaddy Repairs; Powakaddy Electric Trolleys are covered by the manufacturers warranty if purchased in the UK and Ireland and will be repaired within the warranty period at Powakaddys Repair Centre. Any trolley which is outside of the UK, must be returned to a UK address (customer to pay shipping to and from UK) before it can be repaired by Powakaddy.
