We endeavour to process your order and ship to you within 2-4 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Xmas / Bank Holidays delivery times can vary depending on availability
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Goods that are taken on our 20 day trial must be returned in the same condition as sold or a full credit or alternative may be in doubt. If however the goods are returned in same condition as sold a full credit note or suitable alternative will be given.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Greg Nicholson golf.co.uk, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Special orders will not be refunded but may be exchanged, dependent on the product.
Please Note: Any goods returned must be sent by recorded mail and fully insured. Reasonable postage costs will be refunded if the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If returning an item, please contact us in the first instance, and return item with a copy of the original order, and return using a traceable service. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where goods have been sent in error or the item is faulty.
We can offer a fully tracked collection service where we will organise the collection of you order from a place and day of your choosing, this service is available Monday to Friday, 0930-1800. This service is currently available in the UK only and will cost £7.99. If you wish to use this service please contact Customer Services on 01606 351 573 who will advise.
Where any goods are faulty or not as described a full refund of all monies will be paid , provided you reject the goods in a reasonable time. For non - faulty goods returned under the 7 day cancellation as per the Distance Selling Regulations you will be liable for return costs.
